Do I need Parent's Consent?
All Applicants under eighteen (18) years of age should seek parental consent before submitting their application online. They are required to present the Indemnity Form (Signed) on the day of reporting, for verification purposes.
Note:
A copy of the Indemnity Form can be retrieved from the attachment in the Confirmation e-mail, which will be sent to the applicant within 2-3 working days from date of his/her submission.

Registration Fee is S$20/pax.
What is being paid for?
>> Day 1 = Dinner + Supper
>> Day 2 = All 3 meals + Supper
>> Day 3 = Breakfast Only.

Late Registration?
You are still required to submit your particulars via e-mail to us.
Late submission will be pended for approval by the committee. If your application is approved, a Confirmation E-mail will be sent to your corresponding email.

Terms of Registration
All applicants must agree to the terms stated here and understand that the Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration without giving reasons.
INDEMNITY: All Applicants under eighteen (18) years of age should seek parental consent before submitting their application online. They are required to present the Indemnity Form (Signed) on the day of reporting, for verification purposes. PAYMENT: A registration fee of S$20.00 must be made on the day of reporting.
REFUND: No refund granted after payment has been processed. However, substitutes for "No-Show"/withdrawn Applicant(s) is viable.
WITHDRAWALS: Applicants who wishes to withdraw from the event must notify us within seven (7) days from the date of submission. Applicants who submits their application seven (7) days prior to the Closing date for Registration, the applicant must notify us IMMEDIATELY if he/she wishes to withdraw from the event.
LATE SUBMISSION: Late registrants are required to submit their application forms which will be pended for approval by the Organizer. Successful Applicant(s) will be notified once application has been approved and processed by our Administrator.
DISCIPLINARY ACTS: The Organizing Committee will not tolerate any offensive / inappropriate behavior / languages used which is deemed inappropriate whilst within/outside of the campus compound by any participant/s at all times. The Organizer reserves all rights and will not hesitate to take necessary disciplinary actions. And in any case whereby the safety of other participants/Organizing Committee are compromised, the participant will be asked to leave the premises and be sent home immediately. Parents/Guardians will be notified.
SAFETY: The Organizer (Harvest Teens) shall not be held accountable or responsible to/for for the happenings as such. In an event of any injuries, accident(s), all medical costs shall be bourne by the individual. ALL Participants are advised to practice personal safety pre-cautions at all times and to abide to the rules and regulations set by the Organizer accordingly.
VALUABLES: All participants are advised not to bring expensive valuables and they are responsible for the safe-keeping of their own valuables.
